Regina Saskatchewan has a long history of acting green. The City of Regina was one of the original members of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Partners for Climate Protection. The City has undertaken a number of building retrofits, upgrades to water and wastewater treatment systems, and many other eneergy efficent retrofits. The City also hosts the Green Ribbon Advisory Committee on Community Climate Change. Upcoming work will focus on the landfill, waste minimization, and 'greening' the Fleet.\r\n\r\nPlease show the country how 'green' this peice of Saskatchewan prairie really is - register your Act of Green under our Regina, Saskatchewan group!
