Recently I read the book, The Male Factor: The Unwritten Rules, Misperceptions, and Secret Beliefs of Men in the Workplace by Shaunti Feldhahn (1). The book is based on seven years of intense research, interviews and surveys with more than 3,000 men. It reveals the unfiltered, private thoughts and expectations of men in the workplace.
