Canadian Public Employee Acquisition Club
CPEAC.org was created from an idea when a group of neighbors bonded together to pool purchasing power to negotiate an incredible fixed rate as a group on necessities. Drawing on their combined business experiences the concept for a web business was formed. This site is based on two universal principals “we all want to save money” and “there is strength in numbers”.

The Climate Project
In June 2006, The Climate Project (TCP) began operations based in Nashville, Tennessee, as non-profit organization with the mission of increasing public awareness of the climate crisis at a grassroots level throughout the United States and abroad. By April 2007, a diverse group of 1000 volunteers from every corner of the USA had been trained to present a version of the slide show on which the Academy Award-winning film, “An Inconvenient Truth” is based. More Nashville trainings are planned for later in 2007, focusing on specific sector groups.

The New Brunswick Union of Public & Private Employees (NBUPPE) is the exclusive bargaining agent for eighteen distinct components/bargaining units of Provincial Government and Private Sector employees. Taken together, we are the largest union within the civil service of New Brunswick. In addition, we represent several distinct groups within the private sector including municipal workers, hotel workers and nursing home workers.
