저는 더위를 많이 타는 체질이라 9월까지 제 방 에어컨을 애용합니다. 선풍기를 쓰면 되지 않느냐는 분들이 계실텐데 제가 안구건조증이 심해서 선풍기와 함께 살 수 없답니다. 에어컨 사용량이 많은 저로서는 양심의 가책을 많이 느꼈거든요. 그래서 전 항상 에어컨 가동 예약 시스템을 사용해서 잠이 든 후 1~2시간이 지나면 자동으로 꺼지게 합니다. 또한 에어컨 가동량을 줄이기 위해 구립도서관에 가서 공부를 하곤 합니다.

하나더 ㅎ 각방에 가재손수건을 두었어요. 2~3개씩 빨아쓰기도 쉽고 가볍거든요. 방바닥에 뭐만 떨어져도 화장지 많이 쓰잖아요. 화장지 만들려면 나무도 많이 베어야 한다던데^^;; 각방에 안쓰는 손수건 (아기용품점에서 파는 손수건이 가장 좋은것같아요) 놔두시면 화장지 사용량이 급격하게 줄어든답니다. ^^

가방에 작게 접어지는 장바구니를 항상 가지고 다녀요~ 갑자기 무엇을 살때도 비닐 봉투를 쓸 필요가 없거든요.^^ 빨래는 세탁기 사용은 하지 않고 여름옷들은 손빨래로 한답니다. 운동 대신이라고 생각하며 하면 전기도 절약, 물도 절약 즐거워요. 재생비누를 사용하면 일반 세제로 세탁할때의 섬유냄새등이 전혀 나지 않아 너무 좋아요^^
