Go around the house barefoot to stay cool. Rather than cranking the air conditioner, take off those slippers and socks!

여기는 평범한 집 입니다.저희 집은 얼마 전 에너지가 적게 드는 1인용 선풍기를 하나 사고, 동생이 없을땐 제가, 제가 없을 땐 동생이 쓰고 다른 선풍기를 사용할때도 약풍 이상은 올리지 않습니다.

How many times have you been disgusted by how dirty the toiler seat is and have spent sheets of toilet paper to make it useable? Try and have atleast one Eastern toilet at home. It saves on the cost of toilet seat covers for sure and hence is more hygienic. Many cultures like in India also believe that it provides a better posture.It is suitable for all people without any knee ailments.

Recycle Bins are not only for the main floor. Make sure you have a small one in the bathroom as well.

Use 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution in a spray bottle to disinfect any surface. Kills the germs without any odour and is 100% biodegradeable. Much less expensive than other chemical varieties.

My bathroom cleaner is a bottle of biodegrable dishwashing liquid. With a scrub brush or sponge or toilet brush it perfectly cleans every surfance, the tub, sink and the toilet. If I need a bit more power I mix in some baking soda. It is cheap too.

Instead of using plastic bin liners in the bathroom wastecan I use one sheet of newspaper; press the middle of the sheet into the bottom and fold the sides out against the walls of the bin. I empty it by lifting the newspaper out.

Save energy by drying your hair as much as possible before blow drying. It's also better for your hair!

If it's yellow let it mellow, when it's brown flush it down. Use a toilet bowl brush frequently to prevent the need of cleaners in the bowl. Fold toilet paper and count sheets, to reduce overuse. Use a couple sheets of TP to wipe toilet rim clean. Lengthens periods between deep cleaning.
